  The queue number (QN) and seat number (SN) are automatically determined by the system based on the verified ticket purchase time
• Seating Position & Viewer Preference The best seating position is subjective and can vary for each viewer according to their respective preferences. Seat numbers will be automatically assigned to the Purchaser based on the time of purchase and the available sequential number

AGE RESTRICTIONS

• This show contains bright & and intense flashing lights, as well as extremely loud sounds that may cause disturbance or discomfort to some audiences
• Attendees accept they have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety, taking into account any personal medical conditions

NO RE-ENTRY POLICY

• Please keep in mind that re-entry is not allowed to the concert and event area, regardless of your ticket category. Once you enter the venue, you cannot leave and enter again
• The organizer/promoter reserves the right to take action to prohibit entry to the venue for an actual ticket/wristband with a barcode that has been used previously by others

CONCERT LINES GUIDELINES

• Waiting in line overnight is prohibited

GENERAL POLICIES

• Attendees are only allowed to bring ONE bag with a maximum size of 20 cm x 30 cm
• For safety and convenience, it is prohibited to bring large luggage, duffle bags, backpacks, etc. to the concert area
• The Promoter reserves the right to deny entry to the concert area if attendees fail to comply with this regulation
• The Promoter reserves the right to legally prosecute anyone who obtains tickets in an unauthorized manner, including but not limited to duplicating tickets or in other ways obtaining tickets not by the provisions set by the Promoter
• The layout map above is an image created to help your understanding of the seating arrangements and may differ from the actual layout. The stage is subject to change without prior notice for stage production reasons.
• Certain areas/seats may have obstructed views due to height differences among audience members, safety installations such as railings, or for stage production reasons such as stage equipment or camera setups. We ask for your understanding that ticket exchanges and refunds are not available for these reasons.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any negligence that resulted in the e-voucher/ wristband being misplaced or lost (or in the possession of another person) and is used to enter the venue by others
• The purchaser releases the Promoter from claims for refund of ticket fees if the Promoter with prior notice, needs to move the venue without reducing the quality of the event or artist's performance, due to unilateral decisions of the artist, government, or other causes that are beyond the ability and will of the Promoter.
• If the event is canceled, the ticket will be refunded according to the terms of the Promoter. Other fees such as platform service fees and surcharges charged to credit card purchasers are not included in the ticket price to be refunded
• Purchaser hereby agrees to release the Promoter from legal claims through the courts or any means permitted by law in the event of cancellation of a concert that was made unilaterally by the artist or the government or other causes beyond the capacity and will of the Promoter
• The artist lineup may change due to injury, illness such as COVID-19, natural and man-made disasters, military issues, etc.
• For safety reasons, the Promoter has the right to postpone, cancel, or stop the event; temporarily detain Event Attendee at the location until the event ends; evacuate some or all Event Attendees from the location and also refuse to give access to Event Attendees to enter the event location even though they have a valid entry ticket, without any compensation to the Event Attendee
• The Promoter has the right to prohibit visitors from entering the event location if visitors do not have a valid ticket
• The Promoter is entitled to remove the audience from the venue event if it is deemed necessary for safety, for the convenience of other audiences, and to ensure the integrity of the event
• Event attendees must wear wristbands at all times at the venue. Those who lose their wristband for any reason will not be allowed entry into the event
• Event attendees within the event (inside) that are not in possession of a valid wristband, will be removed from the concert area with no exception
• In certain circumstances, some areas within the venue may become restricted
• The organizers, promoters, and artists are not liable for any compensation and/or cancellation charges for travel expenses resulting from the event being canceled or postponed
• Event attendees who are behaving in a disorderly, offensive, or inappropriate manner and guests who refuse to obey instructions/warnings from event staff will be removed from the Event immediately. No refunds will be given
• Any attempt to enter the event without a valid ticket or valid credentials will result in immediate removal from the event grounds. In certain cases, we will contact the police and press charges against the violators
• The organizers, promoters, and artists cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged possessions or accidents resulting in injury occurring anywhere in the venue during the event regardless of fault or reason
• The Promoter will refuse entry to guests who are severely intoxicated and clearly affected by drugs. Anyone found carrying these items will be reported to the police immediately. No refunds will be given. Guests found to possess illegal substances, weapons, and/or other prohibited items will also be refused entry
• The Promoter will not use or disclose guests’ personal information collected at the time of ticket purchase without consent
• Event attendees who are removed or exit from the venue for any reason will be banned from entering the event
• The Promoter reserves the right to change the layout and the seating of the audience in the event location at any time.
• The event is intended to be a friendly and enjoyable event.

• NO outside food and drinks are allowed in the venue.
• NO professional and semi-professional/SLR/DSLR camera. Recording and transmission at concerts is generally prohibited. Cameras with removable lenses, video cameras, recording devices, and action cameras are prohibited—no flash photography.
• NO selling inside the location of the event.
• NO unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, or giveaways without prior approval from the Promoter/organizer.
• NO weapons of any kind
• NO paint of any kind including paint markers and spray paint
• NO fireworks
• NO illegal drugs or substances or drug paraphernalia
• NO official medicines without a doctor's prescription, except over-the-counter medicines. Carrying products that are harmful to human health is prohibited.
• NO large chains.
• NO laser pointers.
• NO flags or totems with metal or wood pieces.
• NO large umbrellas.
• NO unsealed sanitary products
• NO pets.
• NO big portable fan
• NO carrying a corkscrew or bottle opener.
• NO backpack, travel luggage, and others bag that may exceed 20 cm x 30 cm. There will be no lockers at the venue.
• NO glass bottles are allowed.
• NO tripod for cameras.
• NO projectiles or explosives materials.
• NO knives or sharp objects.
• NO flammable products or aerosol cans.
• NO open fires.
• NO water guns or air guns.
• NO chairs.
• NO drones and/or other similar flying apparatus.
• NO sleeping bags.
• NO smoking, vaping and electronic cigarettes in the concert area.
• NO item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd and/or inflict damage to people and goods in the sole discretion of Event Staff.

SECURITY ENTRY

• Your safety and security are important to us. You understand that you and your property may be subject to a reasonable inspection upon entry to the event. If you refuse to participate in these security measures, we may deny you entry. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the event if your behavior causes us concern for the safety or security of event attendees. If we deny you entry or require you to leave, you will not receive a refund.
• All attendees are subject to being searched prior to entry into the event, including members of the media. Upon entry, all attendees shall be subject to a thorough airport-style pat-down search, including emptying pockets and bags and having their items examined. An electronic drug detector and K-9 search will be used. The event organizer shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the event, who in the sole and absolute discretion of the event organizer is in violation of event rules, which may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.

RECORDING RIGHTS

• Promoter/Organizer and its affiliations/association reserves the right to film, record, and/or photograph the visitor, participant or wristband holder's image, likeness, action, and/or statement of this event for television, moving picture, webcast and/or other public broadcasts in any medium for any purpose. Any visitor, participant, and/or wristband holder of this event hereby fully releases and discharges the Promoter/Organizer (including its employees and subsidiaries) and its affiliations/association from any rights, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, and causes of action whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from the filming, recording and/or photography of this event.
• Please don’t throw things, especially hard objects on stage because it would harm the artist(s) and enjoy the concert!

• 1 (satu) akun hanya bisa melakukan transaksi pembelian maksimum 4 (empat) tiket
• Sesi Penjualan & Kuota Tiket Setiap sesi penjualan tiket (sesi Presale dan sesi General Sale) memiliki kuota terpisah dan terbatas.
• Persentase alokasi dapat berbeda pada setiap sesi penjualan, sehingga sebagian kuota tiket dapat lebih banyak di satu sesi dan posisi kursi bisa berbeda antar sesi penjualan

KETENTUAN UMUM

• Tiket hanya berlaku apabila pembelian dilakukan sesuai dengan tata cara yang telah ditentukan oleh penyedia layanan transaksi elektronik/online sebagaimana tertera pada website resmi Penyelenggara atau tempat penjualan tiket resmi yang telah ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara. Jika tidak, Pembeli tidak akan dapat melakukan verifikasi apakah e-voucher yang dimiliki Pembeli adalah tiket yang sah atau tidak.
• E-voucher bersifat rahasia dan bukan untuk dibagikan. Pembeli paham dan mengerti apabila dibagikan akan memiliki resiko e-voucher bisa berpindah tangan
• Pihak Promotor dan ticketing partner resmi yang ditunjuk menjamin hanya akan mengeluarkan e-voucher kepada Pembeli yang sah
• Perpindahan kepemilikan dan atau pemalsuan e-voucher/tiket/gelang berada di luar kendali dan bukan menjadi tanggung jawab Promotor
• Semua pemilik tiket CAT E, X, O, L Soundcheck akan mendapatkan nomor antrian, sedangkan pemilik tiket CAT 1 Soundcheck, CAT 2, CAT 3, CAT 4, CAT 5, CAT 6 dan Horizon Box akan mendapatkan nomor kursi
• Nomor Antrian & Nomor Kursi
  Nomor antrian (QN) dan nomor kursi (SN) ditentukan secara otomatis oleh sistem berdasarkan waktu pembelian tiket yang telah terverifikasi.
• Posisi Kursi & Preferensi Penonton Posisi kursi terbaik bersifat subjektif dan dapat berbeda bagi setiap penonton sesuai preferensi masing-masing. Nomor kursi akan diberikan kepada Pembeli secara otomatis berdasarkan waktu pembelian dan nomor urut yang tersedia
• Nomor antrian dan nomor kursi akan diperbarui pada e-voucher dan dapat dilihat dengan melakukan refresh pada e-voucher, selambat-lambatnya 5 (lima) hari sebelum hari konser
• Setiap e-voucher menggunakan kode unik (barcode) tersendiri dan berlaku hanya untuk satu orang, e-voucher yang sudah digunakan tidak dapat digunakan kembali. Penggandaan e-voucher tidak dapat digunakan untuk masuk ke dalam tempat acara berulang kali
• Dengan membeli tiket, maka Pembeli telah menyetujui pengumpulan, penyimpanan dan penggunaan data pribadi yang ada untuk keperluan acara EXO PLANET #6 - EXhOrizon in JAKARTA
• E-voucher wajib ditukarkan dengan wristband selama periode penukaran
• Informasi mengenai penukaran wristband :
  Waktu dan tempat penukaran wristband akan diinformasikan melalui media sosial dan situs resmi Dyandra Global
• Disarankan untuk menukarkan e-voucher sebelumnya untuk menghindari antrian pada saat hari konser
• Tiket atau e-voucher yang sudah dibeli tidak untuk diperjualbelikan kembali dengan harga yang lebih tinggi dari harga resmi yang telah ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara. Jika terdapat indikasi pelanggaran, maka Penyelenggara berhak untuk melakukan upaya hukum dan/atau membatalkan tiket tersebut
• Syarat penukaran wristband/ tiket :
  • e-voucher yang sudah dicetak
  • KTP/ SIM/ Paspor/ Kartu Pelajar/ Mahasiswa yang masih berlaku dan asli (nama harus sesuai dengan yang tertera di e-voucher)
• Jika penukaran diwakilkan :
  • E-voucher yang sudah dicetak
  • Surat kuasa yang sudah ditandatangani di atas materai Rp 10.000,-
  • Fotokopi kartu identitas yang namanya tercantum di e-voucher
• Tidak ada gelang pengganti yang akan dikeluarkan dalam kondisi apapun jika hilang & rusak karena alasan apapun. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas gelang yang hilang, dicuri atau rusak
• Tiket yang dibeli di dyandraglobalstore.com tidak bisa digunakan untuk keperluan komersial (hadiah/giveaway, kontes, atau undian). Apabila tiket digunakan tidak sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada maka dapat dibatalkan dan tidak ada pengembalian dana, pemegang tiket akan ditolak masuk ke dalam area acara, tanpa terkecuali
• Penyelenggara memiliki hak untuk mengubah ataupun menambahkan syarat lain pada Syarat & Ketentuan tanpa adanya pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu

BATASAN UMUR

• Identitas (dengan foto) resmi yang dianggap berlaku adalah Kartu Tanda Penduduk bagi Warga Negara Indonesia, Surat Izin Mengemudi, Paspor, Kartu Pelajar/Mahasiswa, dan Kartu Identitas dari Negara asal bagi Warga Negara Asing
• Anak-anak di bawah umur 14 tahun wajib didampingi oleh orang-tua atau wali
• Anak-anak di bawah 5 (lima) tahun tidak diperbolehkan masuk ke tempat pertunjukan

LAYANAN BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS

• Pemilik tiket berkebutuhan khusus dengan menggunakan kursi roda dapat menghubungi pihak Promotor melalui operation@dyandraglobal.com dengan melampirkan Surat Keterangan dari rumah sakit dan Surat Izin Orang Tua yang dapat diunduh di www.dyandraglobal.com
• Bagi Ibu hamil wajib membawa Surat Rekomendasi dokter dan surat izin bermaterai dari suami dan tidak diperbolehkan untuk berada di area festival
• Pemilik tiket dengan kondisi memiliki penyakit berat seperti gangguan jantung, tekanan darah rendah dan yang lainnya tidak diperbolehkan untuk menghadiri acara/konser. Keterangan lebih lanjut bisa hubungi operation@dyandraglobal.com
• Pertunjukan ini menampilkan efek lampu flash dan pencahayaan intens, serta suara yang sangat keras yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan atau ketidaknyamanan bagi sebagian penonton
• Pemilik tiket memahami bahwa mereka memiliki kewajiban untuk mengambil langkah-langkah yang wajar untuk memastikan keselamatan mereka sendiri, dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi medis pribadi

KEBIJAKAN TIDAK KELUAR MASUK

• Harap diingat bahwa memasuki area konser atau event hanya satu kali (tidak berulang), apapun tiket kelas yang telah dibeli
• Penyelenggara acara berhak melarang untuk masuk ke lokasi penyelenggaraan acara apabila wristband dengan kode unik (barcode) diketahui telah digunakan sebelumnya oleh pengunjung lainnya

PANDUAN JALUR KONSER

• Tidak diperkenankan menginap di venue acara
• Diharapkan mengantri dengan tertib dan sopan

KEBIJAKAN UMUM

• Penonton hanya diperbolehkan membawa SATU tas dengan ukuran maksimal 20 cm x 30 cm
• Demi keamanan dan kenyamanan, dilarang membawa koper, tas duffle, tas punggung (backpack) berukuran besar lainnya ke area konser
• Pihak Promotor berhak untuk tidak mengizinkan Penonton masuk ke area konser apabila melanggar dari ketentuan ini
• Denah tempat duduk yang ditampilkan merupakan gambar ilustrasi yang dibuat untuk membantu pemahaman mengenai pengaturan tempat duduk dan tidak selalu merepresentasikan kondisi sebenarnya di lokasi acara. Penyelenggara berhak melakukan perubahan terhadap tata letak panggung sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya apabila diperlukan untuk kepentingan produksi panggung.
• Sebagian area atau tempat duduk mungkin saja memiliki pandangan terbatas yang disebabkan oleh perbedaan tinggi badan penonton, pemasangan instalasi keselamatan seperti pagar pembatas, maupun kebutuhan teknis produksi panggung, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada peralatan panggung dan penempatan kamera. Atas kondisi tersebut, penukaran tiket maupun pengembalian dana (refund) tidak dapat dilakukan.
• Pihak Promotor berhak untuk menuntut secara hukum terhadap siapapun yang mendapatkan tiket dengan cara yang tidak sah, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada penggandaan tiket ataupun dengan cara lain mendapatkan tiket tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh penyelenggara acara
• Pihak Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian pembeli tiket yang menyebabkan E-voucher / Wristband yang telah dibeli jatuh ke tangan orang lain (atau berada dalam penguasaan orang lain) yang kemudian digunakan sebagai tanda masuk yang sah ke lokasi acara
• Pembeli membebaskan pihak Promotor dari tuntutan pengembalian biaya tiket apabila pihak Promotor dengan pemberitahuan sebelumnya, perlu memindahkan tempat acara tanpa mengurangi kualitas acara atau penampilan artis, karena disebabkan keputusan sepihak dari pihak artis, pemerintah, ataupun sebab - sebab lain yang berada di luar dari kemampuan dan kehendak dari pihak Promotor.
• Apabila acara/pertunjukan dibatalkan, tiket akan dibayarkan kembali menurut ketentuan dari pihak Promotor. Biaya – biaya lain seperti biaya layanan platform dan biaya tambahan yang dibebankan terhadap pembeli dengan kartu kredit tidak termasuk sebagai harga tiket yang akan dibayarkan kembali.
• Pembeli membebaskan pihak Promotor dan tidak akan mengajukan tuntutan hukum apapun apabila acara/pertunjukan dibatalkan semata – mata karena sebab keputusan sepihak dari artis, pemerintah, ataupun sebab - sebab lain yang berada di luar dari kemampuan dan kehendak dari pihak Promotor
• Lineup Artis dapat berubah karena satu dan lain hal seperti cedera, terjangkit penyakit seperti COVID-19, bencana alam atau bencana buatan manusia, masalah militer, dll.
• Untuk alasan keselamatan, Promotor memiliki hak untuk menunda, membatalkan, atau menghentikan jalannya acara; menahan Pengunjung untuk tetap berada di lokasi acara untuk sementara waktu hingga acara berakhir; mengevakuasi sebagian atau keseluruhan Pengunjung dari lokasi acara dan juga berhak menolak Pengunjung untuk masuk ke lokasi acara meskipun telah memiliki tiket masuk yang sah tanpa ada kompensasi apapun kepada Pengunjung
• Pihak Promotor berhak untuk melarang pengunjung untuk memasuki lokasi acara apabila pengunjung tidak memiliki tiket yang sah
• Pihak Promotor berhak mengeluarkan pengunjung dari lokasi acara apabila dipandang perlu untuk alasan keamanan, kenyamanan pengunjung lainnya, serta demi menjamin kelancaran penyelenggaraan acara
• Penonton diharuskan memakai gelang khusus setiap saat selama berada di lokasi acara. Kehilangan gelang khusus tersebut akan berakibat pengunjung tidak diperbolehkan memasuki lokasi acara
• Penonton di dalam lokasi acara yang tidak mengenakan gelang khusus yang sah akan dikeluarkan dari lokasi acara tanpa pengecualian
• Dalam keadaan tertentu, area – area tertentu di dalam lokasi acara dapat menjadi area terlarang untuk dimasuki penonton
• Panitia, penyelenggara acara, dan artis tidak bertanggung jawab atas kompensasi dan/atau biaya tambahan apapun yang timbul akibat adanya pembatalan ataupun penundaan acara
• Penonton yang tidak berperilaku tertib, membuat keonaran ataupun berperilaku tidak patut, dan penonton yang menolak untuk mematuhi perintah/peringatan dari panitia acara akan dikeluarkan dari lokasi acara tanpa diberikan pengembalian harga tiket
• Setiap orang yang berusaha untuk memasuki lokasi acara tanpa tiket yang sah akan dikeluarkan dari lokasi acara. Dalam kondisi tertentu orang yang demikian akan dilaporkan ke pihak kepolisian dan akan dituntut telah melakukan tindakan penyerobotan ataupun tindak kekerasan
• Penyelenggara, panitia pendukung dan artis tidak bertanggung jawab atas peristiwa kehilangan, pencurian, atau pengrusakan barang ataupun kecelakaan yang terjadi di area manapun di dalam lokasi acara pada saat penyelenggaraan acara dan karena sebab apapun
• Pihak Promotor berhak melarang untuk masuk terhadap pengunjung manapun yang terindikasi sedang berada dalam keadaan mabuk, secara jelas berada dibawah pengaruh obat - obatan terlarang. Siapapun yang ditemukan membawa barang – barang yang melanggar hukum akan dilaporkan kepada polisi, dilarang untuk memasuki lokasi acara, dan harga tiket tidak akan dikembalikan
• Pihak Promotor tidak akan menggunakan atau menyebarluaskan data/informasi tentang pribadi pengunjung yang diberikan saat membeli tiket tanpa persetujuan pengunjung terlebih dahulu
• Penonton yang telah dikeluarkan atau keluar dari lokasi acara tidak diperkenankan untuk masuk kembali ke lokasi acara
• Pihak Promotor berhak sewaktu-waktu untuk mengubah pengaturan denah dan penataan penempatan pengunjung di dalam lokasi acara.
• Acara diharapkan dapat berlangsung nyaman dan dapat dinikmati.

BARANG-BARANG DILARANG

• Dilarang membawa makanan dan minuman dari luar ke lokasi acara.
• Dilarang membawa kamera profesional dan semi-profesional / SLR / DSLR. Dilarang melakukan aktivitas perekaman dan transmisi selama konser berlangsung. Dilarang membawa kamera dengan lensa yang dapat dilepas, kamera video, alat perekam, dan kamera aksi. Dilarang menggunakan flash untuk fotografi.
• Dilarang berjualan di dalam lokasi acara.
• Dilarang menyebarkan pamflet, atau brosur apapun tanpa persetujuan dari Penyelenggara.
• Dilarang membawa senjata dalam bentuk apapun.
• Dilarang membawa cat dan peralatan cat ataupun pewarna dalam bentuk apapun.
• Dilarang membawa dan bermain kembang api atau petasan.
• Dilarang membawa narkoba atau obat – obatan terlarang.
• Dilarang membawa obat – obatan resmi tanpa resep dokter, kecuali obat yang dijual bebas.
• Dilarang membawa produk yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan manusia.
• Dilarang membawa rantai besi.
• Dilarang membawa alat yang dapat mengeluarkan sinar laser.
• Dilarang membawa bendera atau benda – benda besar yang terbuat dari besi ataupun kayu.
• Dilarang membawa payung ukuran besar.
• Dilarang membawa pembalut wanita tanpa segel.
• Dilarang membawa binatang.
• Dilarang membawa kipas berukuran besar.
• Dilarang membawa alat pembuka botol.
• Dilarang membawa tas ransel, koper, dan tas lainnya yang melebihi ukuran 20 cm x 30 cm. Tidak disediakan tempat penitipan barang di lokasi acara.
• Dilarang membawa botol kaca
• Dilarang membawa tripod untuk kamera.
• Dilarang membawa bahan peledak atau mudah meledak.
• Dilarang membawa pisau atau benda tajam lainnya.
• Dilarang membawa barang yang mudah terbakar atau produk dalam kaleng aerosol.
• Dilarang melakukan kegiatan bakar membakar.
• Dilarang membawa senapan air maupun angin.
• Dilarang membawa kursi.
• Dilarang membawa dan mengoperasikan drone atau peralatan lain sejenis.
• Dilarang membawa kantung tidur.
• Dilarang merokok/vaping/rokok elektronik di area konser.
• Dilarang membawa benda apapun yang dapat digunakan untuk merusak ketertiban, membahayakan keselamatan pengunjung, dan/atau menimbulkan kerusakan pada manusia ataupun barang, berdasarkan keputusan mutlak dari panitia acara.

PEMERIKSAAN SAAT MASUK ACARA

• Keselamatan dan keamanan Anda penting bagi kami. Anda memahami bahwa Anda dan barang bawaan Anda dapat dikenai pemeriksaan pada saat masuk ke Acara. Jika Anda menolak untuk berpartisipasi dalam tindakan keamanan ini, kami dapat menolak Anda untuk masuk. Penyelenggara juga berhak meminta Anda untuk meninggalkan acara jika perilaku Anda membahayakan keselamatan atau keamanan peserta acara. Jika Penyelenggara menolak masuk atau mengharuskan Anda pergi, Anda tidak akan menerima pengembalian uang.
• Pengunjung, termasuk wartawan, wajib menjalani pemeriksaan sebelum memasuki lokasi acara. Pada saat memasuki gerbang lokasi acara seluruh pengunjung akan diperiksa menggunakan metode pemeriksaan seperti pemeriksaan yang dilakukan di bandara, termasuk memeriksa kantong dan tas, serta memeriksa barang – barang pengunjung. Detektor obat – obatan terlarang dan anjing pelacak (K-9) akan digunakan dalam pemeriksaan. Penyelenggara acara memiliki hak penuh, pada setiap saat, untuk menolak ataupun mengeluarkan secara paksa pengunjung dari dalam lokasi acara yang menurut pertimbangan sendiri penyelenggara acara adalah melanggar tata tertib dan peraturan acara, peraturan mana berhak untuk direvisi dari waktu ke waktu oleh penyelenggara acara, dengan ataupun tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

HAK ATAS PENGAMBILAN REKAMAN VIDEO ATAUPUN GAMBAR

• Penyelenggara acara dan pihak terafiliasinya memiliki hak untuk memfilmkan, membuat rekaman, dan/atau mengambil foto – foto keadaan, kegiatan, dan/atau pernyataan – pernyataan dari pengunjung acara untuk keperluan penayangan pada televisi, gambar bergerak, internet, dan/atau penyiaran secara publik lainnya dan untuk tujuan apapun. Pengunjung dengan ini melepaskan dan membebaskan penyelenggara acara berikut seluruh pihak terafiliasinya dari segala klaim terkait kerusakan, kerugian, tanggung jawab, denda, serta dampak – dampak lain apapun yang timbul baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dari kegiatan memfilmkan, merekam, dan/atau mengambil foto – foto pada saat event berlangsung.
• Dilarang melemparkan barang ke panggung, khususnya benda padat karena akan melukai artis dan selamat menikmati konser!
